What's great about it: nice looking and great sound!
Great quality and design. The bass is so freakin hard that I can not turn it up too high. Huge difference from sealed box - I have 2 CVR 12's and its too much at times. Love it and worth every penny! The carpet matched my cars perfectly. You get what you pay for and this is top of the line.

This is my first box, and it sounds amazing with 2 12" comp12's in it. It also has a very attractive look and sound to it. Really brings out the lows.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Looks Slick, Great SPL without losing SQ
What's not so great: NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased this box after having a sealed one for about 6 months. The difference is amaZING!!!! There is a noticable difference in SPL (they thump much louder) at the same time, this box has fantastic sound quality. I bet anything the guy with the jeep probably didnt know what he was doing. Make sure you adjust your amp when getting a new box, especially if you are going from sealed to ported, because you must turn the subsonic filter on. Im very experienced with car audio at this point, and I'm telling you, this ported box is a great overall performer for spl AND sq. My type R's beat as hard as my friends two JL 12w6v2's in a sealed enclosure. (note: make sure you read the specs of your subs for recommended enclosure size as all subs are different)
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: the apperance, easy to set up, size, style

Ok i bought this box because i wanted a smaller and nicer box. so i went and got this hoping it be worth my money. i removed my old box and install this new one into my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. it probably took me about 30 minutes to install, with the proper tools.
when installed o turned it on and the sound wasn't the sound i was looking for. i wanted a deep bass and this box isn't deep enough. with my bass all the way up it sounds shakey like paper was in it.
i don't know if its the size, wiring or if the way that the ported box was made was the cause.
i am dissapointed in this box and im going to return it today.
I would recommend this to a friend!
