Purchased the item for home use. It began to spark and make loud noises with each three months after purchase.

Easy for her to operate, preset options, easy to read info.
The oven is great but, this survey site is junk it would not function right on the preselection questions.

solid microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave gets the job done. I wouldn't have minded if it had been a little smaller. Also, one slightly annoying thing is that you can't have the timer running and run the microwave oven at the same time. (It seems like you have to choose one function or the other.) But all in all, it's a powerful machine that, so far, works well for me.

Gd but could easily be better

I bought this item two months ago but still have have not gotten used to not having full use of #'s 1-2-3 unless pushing cook time button 1st. Also, like some other makers, this item has plastic latching pin hooks mounted on the door which has caught my sleeve several times & could cause a very hot accident. How difficult could it have been to have made the door the female side of the latching?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
