I bought this microwave 6 months and three months in the glass tray broke in half while warming up something one afternoon. I called customer service and they were very nice and promptly provided a replacement at no cost to me. The microwave is great. Very happy customer

Was so happy with this product, we later purchased a Laundry Center, Slide-In Range and a Dishwasher and now have a Refrigerator on order.

I love this microwave! My only concern is how long it will last. The turntable seems a little jerky at times already so if it dies on us like a lot of others have I will update my review. I do hate that it beeps 5 times and even if you stop or open it as soon as it starts it still beeps all 5. I also don't like that I can't use the timer and the microwave at the same time. Our really old one from the early 90s even did that. The sensor cook is great, makes wonderful baked potatoes.
