This microwave lasted for 9 months with everyday use however customer service was wonderful and replace the unit under the manufacturer warranty

I've had my microwave for a few months now & I LOVE it!!! I use it daily & it performs wonderfully. It is the perfect size & has a load of features, of which, I have only used a few! I would DEFINITELY purchase this microwave again & I highly recommend it. (The door button does stick occasionally, but once I close the door, it pops back out.)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noisy microwave

This makes a lot of noise when cooking.I have had at least 6 other microwaves over the years and this is the noisiest by far. Other than that, it is a great one.

Missing Feature

Up until today, I was very pleased with my purchase. That was before I looked on my User Guide to see where the Keep Warm feature was. Yup, there isn't one on the 1.4, but there is on the 1.6. If I could have afforded the 1.6 I'd have bought it. I didn't realize it took that much more engineering or cost to have a Keep Warm button. So, guess who ate cold pancakes with their bacon and eggs? Yup, my husband. The 'possum is going to eat mine.

I liked the microwave until I woke up in the morning to it running on it's own. This happened several times. I contacted the company and they are refunding the money for the original purchase price. They were very nice and polite regarding my problem.
