[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am not that happy with it. The plastic is coming off after a month on the 30 second button. I liked the other one better even though it only lasted a few years. m original one lasted probably 15 yrs they don't make things to last anymore.

Does what it is supposed to do.

slow to heat and noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light is to dim to see when cooking and it takes longer to heat food than it should. The turn table make to much noise.We miss having the reminder feature our old one had.

It sounds like your previous microwave may have been a higher wattage, which may lead you to believe it cooked faster.
