[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought about 4 weeks ago and my only complaint so far is that more often than not when pressing the door release the button gets stuck, then I have to push it in again in order to bring it forward.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A disappointent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last month and was disappointed in it. Its noise level is far too high. It had a favorable rating from Consumer Reports, so maybe this was just a lemon and not characteristic generally of this Frigidaire mode.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Sensor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Microwave. Working fine. I love the sensor for cooking fresh vegetables, reheating food, frozen veggies. So easy and usually come out perfect. Buzzer is not too loud, and not as persistent and annoying as our last microwave (another brand). So far, very pleased!

Other than sensor cook, will not work

Bought last night. For the life of me I cannot get it work properly. If I try 90 seconds and hit start, counts down to 87 and goes off; if I try quick sets same thing, what am I doing wrong. Do you need to press another button before you put in amount of time you need to cook? Ugh. Help

Hello KitKit1207. I would be happy to assist you with the steps to cooking. The following steps can be located on page 9 of the owner's manual under Manual Operation.
1) Press "COOK TIM " once."00:00" displays.
2) Use the number pads to enter desired heating time (cook time may be set up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds).
3)Press "START/+30SEC." to start cooking.
