Some problems

I find the turntable gives me a problem becoming dislodged and difficult to realign. The keypad has some kind of covering that desn’t like alcohol-based wipes. I no longer can read #1 or #2. I love the style and all of the updated features my previous microwave had.
Maybe you should put a warning notice in prominent place on the microwave before it goes in the box.

Yikes! Koalajoan, page 19 in your Owner’s Manual has the cleaning instructions for your microwave. We only recommend cleaning with a soft cloth dampened with very mild soap and water. Alcohol based wipes may eat through the paint and remove it. The microwave works as expected.
The manufacturer could improve the product by making a more secure connection between the glass plate and the rotating base. Sometimes when a bowl is placed on the glass, it knocks the glass off the base and it doesn't heat evenly.

simple to operate

my last one was 1000 watts
this one is 1100 watts - as I cook potatoes all the time this one is faster and better
