Noisy operation

The unit's turntable jumps and cogs going in one direction but not the other. We have had the unit for less then a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Christmas Present

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this for Christmas to replace existing microwave which was getting a little old. Seems to have good features. Haven't tried the defrost yet. It's really a little too soon to do a good evaluation after one month.

Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This countertop microwave works great. It's powerful and cooks quickly. We've used a dozen on features on it and we're completely satisfied. It's great for apartment living. It's physical size fits our small kitchen and still leaves a little room on the counter. We're very happy with this product.
