Disappointed

I purchased this on 9/12/14 and, although I do think that it is noisy, was pleased with the performance until 3/30/18. Three and 1/2 years is not a long time to have before an appliance stops working. The clock, timer and light work but it does not run. Very disappointed. We won't purchase another Frigidaire.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am sad to hear of your disappointment in your microwave, gardeninggal. The light and clock portions only require 115V. Some microwaves require an electrical connection with 240V. Check the serial tag to see the voltage requirements. The clock and light working may indicate an electrical circuit breaker supplying the microwave is tripped or a fuse is blown. Confirm household circuit is correct and the microwave is plugged in correctly (Please ensure your microwave is on its own dedicated circuit, and is not plugged into a GFI outlet). Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one as a replacement for my last microwave that quit working. So far this one is great. The clock is easy to set. And it cooks and reheats just fine. I wanted the stainless steel look to match my refrig.

We loved our first so much that we went looking for another to replace it, fearing that some newer model had replaced it. But breathing a sigh of relief when we found it still available, and even better than the one it replaced! Oh, how happy we are!

A little loud, but works great

I don't know if it's because I have it positioned on top of the refrigerator (no space on the counter!) and it seems louder this way or if it is because the microwave is defective. It does work perfectly and I haven't found a need to return it.

Easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good product, the price is right and it is easy to operate. Settings are easy to do and if you are not sure the booklet explains it in an understanding way. It is powerful yet not big like some of the others we looked at.
