[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave two weeks ago to replace my 23 year old microwave. This microwave is faster and does what I wanted. I cook my cereal and heat my cup of coffee in it every day. Yes, it is faster -- heats my coffee in half the time. The only thing I miss is that the light does not come on when I open the door; it is on only while running. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this microwave.

It works good but it’s too noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microvawe works well but it’s too noisy. I have realized that there is an issue with the power cable at the back, it vibrates, if you hold it against the main body the vibration stops.

Button is already worn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works pretty good. I don’t like the fact that the light doesn’t come on when you open the door. The displays were not plugged in so there was really no way of knowing this feature. The big complaint is the the start button has already lost its coating and I’ve had it less than 2 months. I am the only that uses it, and I only use it to heat water for tea and possibly warm vegetables up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Very Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overcooks EVERYTHING that lists cooking instructions for a 1100 watt microwave. Very irritating to have to experiment on getting the correct settings for a particular product and then keep track of it for the next time you need to cook it instead of relying on the box instructions.

Many varied settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it almost a month and like the many different power level settings you are allowed to reheat/cook different items. The touchpad is the only downside as you have to press it just right for the timer. The upsides are, very quiet and when defrosting, it rings halfway through to allow you to turn or stir the food.
