Big and great until it's not

Died barely over a year old

Started beeping all by itself, read online to unplug it to allow it to reset, then the keypad quit working. Also started to turn on and and then beep again for a cycle end. Just over a year old and toast.

Used heavily and daily at our office. My only gripe is the "beeps" are far to loud with no way to lower the loudness level. It's just absurd.

Bought in Nov. 2018, and it worked pretty ok until is started turning on by itself (April 2020). Very strange. It would microwave for half a second, then end and beep... In the middle of the night. Very spooky. The keypad no longer responded. Tried resetting- no good. Cleaned around the door- no good. These cannot be serviced, and customer service is online chat only. I expect microwaves to last ~5 year, not 1.5 years.

MIne as of today is doing the exact same thing as AriSa said theirs did. It has a zero, can't reset, nothing on pad works. unplugged, waited for 30 minutes the third time and it still isn't working. Purchased and registered Nov 26, 2019. same thing..expect it to work longer than 1.5 years. I barely use it so it isn't abused at all..

Stop Working

I purchased this microwave 4 years ago and today of all days it stop working. i have purchased other item frigidaire that don't last long very disappointed .

Not worth it

Bought a house, this appliance conveyed with all the other Frigidaire appliances, all brand new and never used until we moved in. We've lived there for 5 months, the microwave is ridiculously loud, ice maker in the Frigidaire refrigerator doesn't work, and Frigidaire stove takes 30+ minutes to reach set temperature. 0/10, would never choose Frigidaire, am stuck with what came with the house until we can afford to replace them with other brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The stainless looks good

I bought this to have on my counter. We decided not to install one above our range. This is a nice looking unit but it is noisy. When we use it we have to turn up the t.v. just so we can hear the news.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
