Its the perfect size for my apartment! The only minus is there is no way to turn off the BEEP BEEP BEEP!!!!

It cooks fine, but the inside light bulb went within a couple months...not covered under warranty

second time is better

The original microwave ceased working within one week of its purchase. Frigidaire directed me to the place of purchase where it was replaced by a new one. It is now close to one year and the microwave works well. It is black and has a sleek appearance on the counter. We like the ease of the buttons.
It was frustrating to have a new appliance fail but the second time was good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A learning experience

I really liked this product until it just stopped working one day. I called Frigidaire and was instructed to go to retailer with broken product, have them locate Proof of Purchase, they could not find it and I did not have the receipt. They informed me there was nothing they could do, so I disposed of the broken item. A few weeks later Frigidaire calls me with a replacement authorization but I would need the item to get the benefit. I just count it all as a learning experience going forward.

Unfortunately my first microwave did not work but after exchanging for the same model, it works great! Easy control buttons for my young daughter to use.

This micro cooks slower, feels less well constructed and I am not pleased with this great company's usual fine product.
