Too darn noisy,

Works as expected but it sounds like my neighbor kids noisy teenage car.

Large microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the microwave less than two months. A bit loud and sounds different than other microwave ovens, so I am not sure it will hold up long term. Fingerprints will show - be prepared to clean often if that is bothersome.

Lack of light

Better models out there....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the microwave for less then a month when it began powering off at random intervals. I changed the plug to a different outlet but it still continues to shut off a couple times a week. It is also very loud.

Good features if it worked

Defective out of the box. It had two serial numbers, one on the box, one on the oven. Retailer would not take it back. Frigidaire made sure they didn't have to.

don't buy

This was my second one the first one started to make a noise and would not turn off, returned it and the second one when took out of the box was crooked and scratched. I returned that and got my money back I have never been so disappointed in a product as this one

Oh, no bykerlady! I can definitely understand your concern. While it is true that the keypad is not designed to light up, the microwave should not be making excessive noise. Please make sure it is installed level on the counter-top, and is not touching the wall. If additional assistance is required, please reach out to us directly.
