[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an intermittent problem with a new Brand X microwave. Their customer service was unhelpful, kept blaming my house wiring. I just gave up and bought another (this Frigidaire). It's perfect! The auto buttons are very accurate for the different foods, too!

Love the multiple power level feature !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced another brand we had only about a year. We bought this about a month agao. The unit is a tad smaller than our last one but packed with more power. I have not yet found a negative. One great feature is the ability to defrost something on a lower power level then heat on a higher one. Once you learn the program to do this, very easy. Another great feature are the present buttons for the quickie things such as microwave popcorn but if you needed to cook it longer, you can hit the start button while it is still cooking and it will add another 30 seconds. That can be done multiple times if you need more cooking. This keeps the food heating while not stopping the process. There are more to this power packed machine but those are the two I've used the most.
