Rotating tray hard to keep centered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a larger microwave,so I may be expecting more from the smaller version. The glass rotating tray connects to the rotational drive only by protrusion at the center of the tray. Our previous unit had an additional supporting rim. As a result, the tray on the new model frequently becomes misplaced, and is somewhat difficult to properly reposition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Functionally fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is functioning very well, my problem is the thin plastic where the buttons are had been coming off since the first couple of days. I thought about taking it back because later down the line I don't want to have issues with the buttons not working. Unfortunately, I used a gift card and there's no other microwaves sold at that store made without that plastic finish. I'd recommend it, but I'm the future that will probably be a something I will avoid.
