Great features, perfect size

I like the microwave because it is the perfect size to fit on my counter and it has all the basic features that I want and need. I did not give it a 5 star rating because the number "buttons" are fairly hard to press and the interior light does not come on when you open the door (which I knew before I purchased it and was not a deal breaker). It seems to cook well and after having used it for several months, I am pleased so far.

Poor Quality Key Pad

Within 30 days the key pad began to deteriorate especially with the Start and Stop buttons. Closer examination there were air bubbles or pockets throughout key pad. Saw previous reviews for this model with similar complaints and purchased extended service warranty. Haven't had time to take unit back to be repaired or replace. Outside of that issue, appears to be a good functional microwave for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only drawback to it is that there is not a light when the door is opened in non start up mode;I have had other makes that did. Hope this helps for future design considerations.

Loving it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does everything I ask of it. However, my old one had a light that went on as soon as the door popped open (miss that). And, when I place something on the turntable, I have to be very careful to not bump the plate the least little bit or it will not turn. Wish the turntable plate "snapped in place" or whatever engineering term should be used. But, I am still very happy with this purchase.

Easy to use, cooks quickly and evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave about 1 month ago, and I love it. It is so easy to use, to warm up food or cook a meal. The numbers and fast cook options are easy to read and easy to understand. I am so glad I bought this Frigidaire microwave, I had bought another brand online that broke before I had it 3 days and decided I needed to see whatever brand I bought before I spent any more money on something that I was just looking at a picture of. The minute I saw this microwave, saw the cooking panel, opened the door and looked at the inside I was so glad that I did. Fell in love with it right away and once I got it home and used it I knew I had made the right decision. This is the best microwave I have ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like almost all of the features but a few I do not. 1. If I push on number a little too hard the microwave starts moving backwards. Now I put a hand on the top to hold it in place.2. I am a senior. I may not move my fingers quite as fast any more. If I press fresh veg for example , by the time I press the second button other than one it turns on. I need more time to press the next button. It is very upsetting. I would rather press each number. Your save time features do not usually help me. 3. My fingers are usually cold. This seems to mean I can not just touch a number but I need to press a little harder.Maybe you should take the handicaps a person may have when designing the products.
