It is so easy to use whether you're defrosting, heating up or cooking a main dish from scratch-it has settings ready for whatever you need!

Very good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one of the same model we have had. The lifespan is about two years with daily use and the amortized cost is about $5 a month so not a bad deal.

Door does not open on its own
