Simple and easy to use

Before it was 4 years old, the floor of the microwave began to rust. No harsh cleaners or scrubbers had been used on it. That is not a reparable problem.

Worked great!! For 9 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our house in April 2019 and the microwave came with the house. It was purchased brand-new for the house right before going on the market and had never been used. Fast-forward to February of 2020 and it no longer works; the light comes on and tray spins but will not heat. I contacted Frigidaire and they are going to send a gift-card for the value of the microwave, but since I have no receipt; I am at their mercy on how much we get to replace a less than a year-old microwave.
Until it stopped working it was the best microwave I have ever owned, I plan on purchasing another. I am more than willing to give another one a try based on how well the first one worked and the customer service level I was given (based on that I have no receipt).

works for about 10 seconds then shuts off

got this as a birthday gift a couple years ago. brand new in the box, the first day it would microwave for 10 seconds and then shut off. it does the same thing to this day but it sometimes works when you put a heavy enough plate of food in it. SOMETIMES. its as if it chooses when to work, ill have the same amount of water in the same exact bowl and it’ll work some days and others it won’t. horrible product. also is obnoxiously loud with beeping and while heating but there’s no sound settings to turn the beeping off.

Stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model FFCM1134LS about 4 years ago. Purchased it because it matches the oven, dishwasher, and frig. Has always worked great and gets used a lot with 3 kids. Went to heat up food and all of a sudden pressed start and all the lights went out. Not sure what happened but not happy that we only got 4 years out of it. I hope I can get some insight from company or someone reading reviews if this is a common problem or and easy fix. My wife is home with my 3 kids during the summer and we can’t live without a microwave.
