Solid construction and good performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this model a few months ago. Have had no problems whatsoever with the unit. PROS: solid constriction, good power, nice styling, good price. CONS: keyboard and controls not backlit making operation troublesome. Also, keys surprisingly stiff to press. Some menu unclear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved to a rental house and needed a microwave. It works perfectly in the small space that we have. For being so small it does have a lot of power which is great. Wish the light came on when the door was open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month or so ago and we are very happy with it. It is a bit loud, but I tightened up the vent on the back and it quieted down.

something i wish had been done differently

the keypad lettering doesn't have much contrast with the black background, and is difficult to see in low light situations [my kitchen].
the 'reheat' function is more complicated [b1, b2, etc] that it really needs to be.

Simple to use and so stylish

I'm used to lower wattage microwaves so this is a dream come true in comparison. It does not take up a lot of room but can hold a large dinner plate which is very nice. The sound of it takes a little getting used to.

Loved the original one until it die don't after 11

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for one that only lasted 11 months. Great customer service as unit was replace don't with a new one. The only complaint with that one was the start button cracked but still worked.
