I have had this unit for about 1.5 months. In that time the START button developed a crack in the membrane. there is no warranty fro "cosmetic" flaws. I purchased a protective sheet for an IPhone to cover it. Seems to work okay, for now.

Touch controls

Touch control numbers 1-6 are sensitive to there minute start mode, all other function are good.

Sleek Design

I have had this microwave for a few months now. I like all the options it has to offer and defrost mode does not cook the food. That alone pleases me enough to give it a 4 star. I love the sleek design and it matches my stainless steel appliances. When running it is quiet and the timer beeps it is loud enough to hear in another room. I do not like the display panel on the front. I can not see the options and sometimes I have to guess what I am doing. Another thing I do not care for is the door window. I can not see how well my foods are cooking so I find myself opening the door often. I can say it is a gentle cooker and so far I have not overheated our foods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple Sleek & Speedy, Effective

Bought this to complete the "look" of our new suite of appliances and am so glad that I did. This is such a step up from our previous microwave. Much easier to use, quicker to meat and thaw and, of course, more attractive. A great buy, as well. My "whim" purchase has made me very happy and my husband thinks it was a smart buy, too!

Everything is fine. However, the timing pad is a little confusing. If press 1 and not another number (say 5) quickly you automatically have 1 minute on the timer. A delay option would help.
