i was desperate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to return the first microwave because it was so noisy it sounded like a jet plane landed in my kitchen. Second one was a bit less noisy for a couple months but suddenly got loud and it's too late to return it. Also, I'd rather have a microwave with a handle on the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and easy to use

I am very pleased with how well this unit heats the food items and does a wonderful job for baked potatoes, and corn on the Cobb. The unit is not overly noisy like other units i have owned in the past .Overall very pleased with it Thank You
