Love it but it makes strange sounds...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the look of our microwave, however there are a few quirks. It is only 3 months old, and it makes a very strange and loud knocking sound when cooking things. I checked the plate and it was in place correctly. Not sure about why... and the defrost buttons should have a feature where I can input a time. The lowest I can enter is .5 lb at 8 minutes l, so when I need to defrost my breakfast sandwich for 90 seconds I really have to watch it. Also, apparently after 4 bags of popcorn, it can't pop any more. I made May Day baskets after bag 4, it wouldn't even pop half a bag of popcorn. Other than these flaws, I love it!!

If possible, take a video and email it to socialcare@frigidaire.com. Please put "Attention Brandi" in the subject field. To set the defrost cycle by time, press the Defrost button twice and enter the time and press start. I hope this helps! ~ Brandi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats well, easy to keep clean, size is great for or needs, I am older and prefer a handle to pull instead of a button to push to open the door. This unit is a little noisier than our last unit.

Ok microwave

Also hate the three beeps when it is done - one would be sufficient. Overall it was a good purchase but would definitely be better with the above features tweaked.

I love this Frigidaire Microwave Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Microwave oven two months ago at Loews. I works just as we expected and its features like the fast push buttons are wonderful. The reason we bought this one is because it power output was higher than our old one which has only 900W.
With the full power output of this one which is 1100W, everything became very easy and almost instant. Also its large turning plate is a lovable that can handle a big pizza without any pre-cut or any other concerns.
