What's not so great: nothing
We are really happy with this product at home. It has a great performance and it's good quality for its value. The look is also beautiful. I'm impressed with this vacuum cleaner.

What's great about it: Powerful, easy to manuever, good on floors and carpets
What's not so great: It's not robotic!
This canister vaccum is powerful, quiet and light weight. Had the hoover flair previously which had numerous positive reviews; however, it overheated constantly and died within 8 months. This dirt devil has 10 amps - doesn't overheat is quiet and has amazing features for such a good value. The cord is long and retractable; you are able to control the suction; it has a a nice handle for carrying; the hose has a clip that attaches on the canister that holds it upright when not in use; it comes with several useful attachments and a sturdy metal extension. It works as wonderful on carpets as it does on hard wood floors. It comes with three bags and therefore no messing around pulling out the dirt with your fingers. Plus all that it is really attractive and has a sturdiness to it that makes me feel like it won't fall apart anytime soon.
I would recommend this to a friend!
