Great Spare Freezer

we have accidentally left the door cracked open a few times and then shut the door and it has never built up Frost.

Very Spacious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this freezer for about 2 months now, and am so happy with it! It has a lot of room and stays frost free. It's a great back up freezer to our fridge/freezer combo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start with, it took two (2) units to get one that would work and we had to wait nearly 2 weeks. The 2nd unit is working but it is not what I would call a nice to have unit. It is located in our laundry room and when the wife is doing laundry we have to run a fan to try and get the temperature down so no one passes out from all the heat generated by this unit. On top of that, this unit is not quiet. With the door closed on the room you can still hear it from 20 feet away. It did finally get down to a proper freezing temperature of zero but it took nearly 48 hours to achieve this level.
This is not a product I would either recommend or purchase again. I will be surprised if it is still functioning past the warranty period.

Hi, Chief of the watch! Sorry to hear that you had issues with the first appliance that was delivered. It is normal for some heat to be transferred from this appliance. Temperatures as much as 30 degrees warmer than room temperature can be expected on the walls of the appliance, which may slightly heat up the room. Be sure you have enough space around the appliance for proper air circulation. Please review pages 12-13 for normal noises you can expect to hear from the freezer. If the noise you are hearing is not listed, please contact us directly at 1-888-203-1389 M-F from 8a-8p or Sat from 9a-6p EST. ~ Brandi

Perfect size

Now our new frost free freezer makes our life easier and definitely more user friendly! It is easier to store products and to see what we have inside it. We absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone!
