Plenty of space inside

temperature accurate at the factory setting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the only problem that we have noticed is that it is difficult to open because the seal is so tight. BUT, a simple call to you and the problem is resolved with application of vaseline to the seal.

Easy access

So much easier to access than the chest type freezers where you have to search thru everything to find what you want. The shelves are so much more convenient! it fits perfectly in my garage which is a spacesaver too. Now I can stock up on my frozen items, saving time and money!! a winner for sure!!

I am dissatisfied with this product and would not recommend it for the following:
Installers set the temperature to maximum cold. In attempting to reset temperature to approximately zero, the freezer defrosted with an internal temperature in the 30's. It is unimaginable why a freezer would have a temperature setting that did not maintain an internal temperature below freezing. As a result of this, meats and other products defrosted and were lost, leaving behind an extensive clean-up to eliminate lingering odors of spoilage.
Additionally the unit runs extensively. Perhaps this is the nature of its frost-free system; however, it nonetheless seems extensive.

Great garage freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this freezer in our garage. It keeps things frozen better than what we have used in the past. The seal on the door is strong.We do wish it had a fourth shelf to use in the slot that is available rather than having a very large space that is basically unusable without the extra shelf.
