Save Money, Save Time and Save Work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we moved to another state, we made a choice to donate our old smaller non-frost-free freezer to the Salvation Army because we were tired of doing the defrosting. Although we really didn't need a larger freezer, we chose the 13.8 cubic feet Frigidaire that is self-defrosting. We really made the right decision. Now we have lots of rooms to stock up on the bargains but we also won't have to keep getting rid to the build-up of ice and frost. This freezer is just what we needed!

Upright freezer

We searched and searched for an upright freezer and finally found this one. We absolutely LOVE it! There is plenty of room and it is very easy to keep things organized.

Just what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this after struggling with finding anything in our old chest freezer. The beauty of this one is that you can see everything. I’m sure we will save money, as we used to throw so much food out with freezer burn. One small issue - the door can be difficult to open.

Hello, Medfordman! We appreciate your review. We are happy to hear that your freezer is just what you needed. It is normal to experience a vacuum like suction from the freezer door. When the freezer door is opened, warm air rushes inside. When you close the door, all the warm air rushes to the evaporator which causes a vacuum. This will cause the door to be hard to open for about 10 to 15 seconds after closing. Hopefully, this helps.
