Good mid sized freezer

Our current freezer was on its last leg so we didn’t have time to order a freezer with out the auto defrost which we preferred. So we got this freezer with auto defrost. It has a nice bright light inside, but only 3 shelves. There is space for 4 shelves but only 3 come with it. There is a bright green light at the bottom to show that it has power. As was mentioned in other reviews it is a loud freezer. I wasn’t so sure of those reviews that said how loud it was but definitely understand now. It is a basic freezer as far as “bells and whistles “ go, there is no alarm to sound of door is left open but there is a lock if you desire to lock the door (although the key is plastic!)

Learning experience

With your new high-efficiency freezer, it may make unfamiliar sounds. These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. The sounds indicate your appliance is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable. Modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster and longer than older models.
