I love me new freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace another very old Frigidaire freezer that we have had for a while. Our old one was making some strange noises, so we decided to get another one. We wanted to downsize to a smaller unit & stay with Frigidaire. It has been about 3 months now & we are very happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice size and lighting but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer is well lit and a good size. Ample storage and well priced. However it is so loud we couldn’t sleep with it in the house. It is now on our porch and likely destined for the detached garage. Mighty inconvenient and I wish Frigidaire has sprung for better sound proofing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. The sounds indicate your appliance is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable. When the surrounding noise is low, you might hear the compressor running while it cools the interior, which is normal. I hope this helps!
