Nice freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this freezer for about a month and I like it. It is smaller than my previous one, but that has turned out to be a good thing. I bought two plastic crates at Home Depot that exactly fit the two bottom shelves and I use one for veggies and one for meats. I can see exactly what I have so no more buying something and tossing it on top of what's already in there as I did previously. There is a rather large space at the top, which would work well for users who bought a lot of pizzas or family-size dinners as you could stack them vertically. Since I don't do that, I bought a small wire shelf like goes in a cabinet and use that to add additional space. Some people think it is noisy, but I don't find it exceptionally loud and it certainly doesn't emit heat as my old freezer did. All in all, I am happy with my purchase; it does the job I bought it to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a Frigidaire Freezer that quit working - would only replace with a Frigidaire Freezer. Previous Freezer owed us nothing - had for over 15 years. Lots of room inside - no complaints - love the new one & looking forward to years of use

New Freezer for Basement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased new freezer 6 months ago to replace a 30 year old one that was on its last leg. So far so good. It has been operating correctly without any problems so far. It also appears to be saving on the electric bill over the old one. After a year I'll know more accurately just how much I'm saving.

Very nice Freezer for the $$

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace old, manual defrost freezer and replaced with this one four months ago. Very happy so far. The only negative feedback is it seems to make considerably more noise the our manual defrost unit. I realize there is more going on to keep it auto-defrost but seems a bit noisy IMO. It is in the garage so it doesn't matter too much.

New Frigidaire Stand up, Frost-free FREEZER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally "bit the bullet" and purchased our new Frigidaire freezer. We had our Frigidaire freezer for at least 14 years and it worked great. It was not FROST FREE and was a chest freezer. As it was difficult to organize and had to be defrosted several times per year, we decided time for a new one.
Purchased another Frigidaire as the first one "kept on kicking" and never failed us.
My friends and family tease me often - calling me the Freezer Queen as I am well versed in freezing and not wasting food. I find that the stand up version and yes, frost free - make our new freezer the BEST one for us.
I am hopeful that our new wonderful freezer continues to service our home for years to come.
