I bought this freezer about a month ago. I immediately noticed how loud it was. A technician came out and said that’s just the way it sounds. Other than that, it gets the job done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just right for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great price and performance so far. We replaced a 40+ year old manual defrost cabinet freezer in our garage that was never unplugged. Lid hinges eventually broke and could not be replaced. New freezer keeps temperature below zero all the time.

Awesome Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought approximately 3 weeks ago! Awesome features for inexpensive upright freezer. LED light inside and green On light on outside. LED light inside is super bright and lights up most of garage when we open the door. I find myself checking the green outside on light everyday in case breaker trips. Set on 3.5 on dial and keeps everything -10. Super value and love how long Frigidaire last (our last lasted 19 years):-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer keeps everything very frozen. Temp inside is about 0 degrees. However it seems to run an very much, more than I think it should.

Modern appliances have increased storage capacity and more stable temperatures; which requires a high-efficiency compressor. Thanks to recent improvements in insulation and compressors, today's freezers use much less energy than older models; most of the current model freezers are designed to save energy. These units are equipped with low energy consumption fans and compressors, so they may run a lot more; which is normal.

Roomy freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought our freezer about a month ago and we are very pleased with it. I love to stock up on meats and now I can take advantage of sales. It is alittle loud at times but it’s in the basement so it doesn’t bother us. Love the green light on the bottom that shows it’s running. Great door seal. Small footprint, roomy inside. Easy to organize contents. So far we are happy with it!
