[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer a month or so ago and it is kept out in our garage where temperatures can be high. The freezer is excellent at keeping everything frozen and does not tend to run constantly. We love it.

Good But Not Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer does the fundamental well, that is, keep the interior at zero deg. F. Some of the things that could be improved are: 1) The seal requires too much pull to get it to open 2) The freezer should be supplied with a full complement of shelves and not leave holes on the sides for an additional shelf but no shelf provided. 3) It should be easier to purchase an additional shelf. There were discrepancies in the shelf depth and Frigidaire could not figure it out. I finally bought a shelf through Sears Parts but they also were confused and ultimately I received a bottom shelf (15" deep) and not a top shelf (17" deep). 4) A door ajar alarm would be very nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy access and unique locking feature. No need to increase temperature control as 1-2 is sufficient for 5*F with moderate load capacity. Wanted an extra shelf and service immediately took care of me.

Lots of room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer replaces my 25-year-old upright. It has lots more space, ample shelving, and a great light. There is no danger of things getting lost in this freezer. Frigidaire makes a great product - my fridge is 34 years old and going strong.
