as noisy as a small plane

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the freezer- the size is perfect and I am basically happy with it. It does however run a lot and sounds like a small plane (no joke!) - very noisy and I don't understand why a company that has been in business this long cannot make a quieter freezer. They also have space for an extra shelf, but do not include it. Why not?

Noisy
