Bought this freezer 5 months ago. Worked well right out of the box (so to speak). Just the right size for us (2 people). Quiet and efficient - freezes food well on medium setting. Adjustable shelves are great. Bottom basket/bin would be a plus. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Also, please keep in mind your freezer should be located in the coolest area of the room, away from heat producing appliances or heating ducts, and out of direct sunlight. If the freezer is near a heating source this will caused the compressor to run constantly. Please give us a call directly, for any further assistance. LOUD!

I am so glad my freezer is in the garage. IT is so VERY loud. I could never place this freezer in the living area of my home.

These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. The sounds indicate your appliance is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable. Modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. If the noise becomes louder, please contact us directly. Does the job

The appliance is quite satisfactory, appearance and operation. Had great difficulty getting the doors level (incompetent delivery people) and the frig and freezer doors don't shut flush but this a lower level unit which makes these issues less disturbing. The noise level is greater than the old unit but then again, it is not in my main living space so, no problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It has been a wonderful freezer so far. It is the perfect size for my husband and I to have instant food on hand. It is much quieter than the other brand freezer we had.
