Meets my needs.

I bought this freezer a few months ago to replace a freezer that's still operational, but is more than 30 years old. I wanted a self-defrosting, more energy efficient freezer; however, I have not noticed a change in my electric bill yet. The freezer is noisy so I'm glad it's in the basement. The door is airtight, which is a good thing, but I have to hold onto the freezer to open the door. If I don't, the whole freezer moves. I guess I have to load it up. I'm also still trying to get the protective plastic off the unit. That has proven to be a real chore. So, other than the above comments, it does meet my needs & the size is perfect.

Great lighting, loud

I bought this freezer to replace a commercial freezer that was 25 years old. I love the bright lighting and the no frost feature, but I'm glad I have it in the garage. I have 2 large fans running in there, and the freezer STILL manages to make more noise than both of them put together.

We had a Frigidaire when we lived in Mississippi. Hurricane Katrina hit our home and we lost everything. We were out of the 100 year flood zone; therefore, we had no insurance coverage for our losses. We had to gut our home and throw everything away. We lost our freezer and everything in it. We have slowly been replacing things as we could afford it. I was so excited to purchase this freezer. Love, love Frigidaire!!

Good Product for the Money

We bought this freezer a month ago and are absolutely satisfied with our purchase. I am amazed at how well it keeps the food frozen there is no temperature fluctuations and the run times are minimal. Well designed interior for finding things quickly. And there is no doubt that the door seals tightly. Good work Frigidaire.

Great for extra storage and this will be especially helpful over the holidays. Everybody brings too much and now we have a place to keep it for hungry guests.
