Perfect size

My previous freezer was old and was making concerning noises and I was afraid that it would go out on me. I live alone but I need enough capacity to freeze garden produce. The upright design makes it easier for me to reach into than would be the case with a chest type freezer. It makes a soft humming sound when the motor is running.

Roomy freezer!

We purchased this freezer about 2 months ago for extra freezer space needed. It went into the garage where we had room. This freezer was suppose to be able to work properly in near freezing garage temperatures in the winter. We have not had those temps as yet but hope that holds true next winter. Lots of room inside on the wire racks provided and also plenty of space on the door itself. Great product for the price!

Easy to see

I bought this freezer to replace a small, chest freezer. This freezer is so much better than the old one. It has a bright light so even when I open it in my dark garage, I can see everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can actually hear this freezer running and it is in the basement. Definitely too loud !! Other than that, it performs OK.

Meets Our Needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did the senior citizen downsizing. We sold our home and purchased one about 2 blocks from our oldest son and his family. The house is small and almost 100 years old. The unfinished basement is the only place to put a freezer and even there space is limited. The freezer fit perfectly in the spot selected and has worked perfectly. It has more than enough space, keeps my ice cream solid, and I love that it is frost free.
