Why does it make a chime sound after you close the door ? I read that this model does not make a sound when the door is left open. But this one makes a chime sound after the door is closed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good item for the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a basic freezer we bought for our garage to hold extra items since we have lots of company. We have had it for 6 months with no issues. I would highly recommend this item for a basic freezer, I also like it being upright, it holds lots of items on the 4 shelves plus the door compartments hold a good amount of food

Just the right size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in June and have it on the main floor. Old freezer was much larger and in basement. This one is more accessible and just the right size for two or three people to keep the food they need frozen. Only drawback was that it needed the extra shelf that there was room for, but didn't come with the freezer.
