I love Toy Soldiers because they are so unique in their style. The amount of soul that was put into this record is directly proportional to the amount of members it has. It's a large band with a lot of heart and has some great instruments that you don't typically get to hear in indie/folk/pop music today. It's so hard to describe what they're like and my best suggestion would be to check them out because you definitely won't be disappointed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Good music plain and simple
What's not so great: Beginning to end it's great!
I recently heard there was a new freak folk band out of Philly so I had to check it out! I've been a fan of Joana Newsome, Devandra Banhart, and Ed Sharp so I kinda get a craving for some pure folk country sometimes and this album cured all cravings. The banjo is amazing and the singers voice makes me homesick! Great album, great band!
I would recommend this to a friend!
