What's great about it: Easy, peasy
What's not so great: cords
After reading the online reviews I purchased this unit.
I live in the hills and my house obstructs signals. My I phone signal was fading down to 1-3 bars. Now I have 5. Also, I had no signal with a Sprint system: now I can use the phone. WOW!!!
I do not like the cords...and it does not have any battery capability, but worth it for the signal

What's great about it: Plug and play....simple
I work in locations that are very remote. (i.e. pipeline, power and railroad right-of-ways) This product is amazing! It really does reach out and grab any available signal. I cover a very large area. Roughly 500 miles. There are only two areas’ I’ve been through that I had no signal. It is a must have + worth every penny!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: It does exactly what it is advertised to do
What's not so great: The cradle is kinda clumsy if you put your hands on your phone a lot, but it is still fully usable while in the cradle.
I live in a rural area where the only way I am able to get on the internet is through my phone. Normally, my phone's signal strength would sit at around 1 bar and would teeter between 3g and edge. After using the sleek, my phone has full signal and never drops out of 3g. I went from very slow internet speeds ( 0.1 mbps ) and 30-50% packetloss to incredible ( 6.6 mpbs ) with no packetloss. The signal strength on my phone rises from -110db to -53db when placed in the sleek cradle. I couldnt be happier with this thing! Thanks wilson!

What's great about it: Improves the signal
What's not so great: In my office I had to use as a stationary.
Before was so many dropped calls or sometimes customers would not understand because if was cutting of and now I never had any problems nether dropped calls
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: It works perfectly, does the job.
What's not so great: Would be nice if the power supply came with it.
I work in a room deep inside a building with no windows and get No Service on my iPhone 3GS. At times I will get notified of a voicemail message while in the room but the phone would never ring. Text messages got through about 25% of the time. When I connected the Wilson booster I went from No Service to 3 bars at 3G in one second. I tested it by sending and receiving a few phone calls, emails, and text messages - all got through no problem. I even went as far as to order the accessory kit with the stand and power supply. I would recommend this product to anyone in a low signal area. It works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Stronger cell signal, longer battery life
What's not so great: Phone has to be in a cradle. Not a big deal to me, but might be to others.
My home is in a rural location in central Utah where cell service is anything but amazing. I frequently travel the old highway roads to get from one place to another and often times go through areas where it is completely dead (no bars) for several miles. We have two phones, one is on Verizon, the other is a pay as you go phone with service through Cricket. Both phones saw excellent improvement when placed in the Sleek cradle. Along one stretch of highway in particular where my phone used to show "no service" for nearly 10 miles, I was able to see at least one or two bars all the time (usually more) - I never lost the signal. In addition to having a stronger signal, the battery life has improved on either phone when used in the cradle. I guess if I had anything negative to say, it would be that the phone has to be in the cradle to get a boosted signal. I understand Wilson also carries products which the phone doesn't have to be in a cradle, but the Sleek is more in my price range. It hasn't been a major issue for me however because I either just pick it up while it's still in the cradle, or I use it with a Bluetooth headset (unless I'm talking to my wife, in which case my cheap bluetooth headset is outlawed). I would definitely recommend (and already have several times) this product to anyone looking to improve their cell signal.
