Don't waste your time on this one!

Bought this side by side and had to have the service people come out twice before i moved into my new house with my new Frigidaire gallery. The ice machine does not work properly and the ice sticks in the chute causing the trap door to stay open - the cuber continues to run and then it fills up with ice. When you open the freezer door the ice falls out onto the floor. The installer from Lowes did a poor job in putting the refrigerator together. The interior fresh bin doors make excessive scraping noise when you open and close them - plastic shavings are going onto the fresh fruit constantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Frigidaire Friend! I hate to hear the concerns you have mentioned here with your refrigerator. Have you noticed that ice has melted and frozen around the auger? If so, remove your ice container, thaw, and empty the contents. Clean your container, wipe dry, and replace in the proper position. When new ice is made, it should dispense properly. I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THE DOORS ARE NOT FINISHED THE SAME AS THE SIDES WITH THE ROUGHER TEXTURE. IT WOULD SHOW LESS FINGER PRINTS. ALSO I THINK THAT YOU COULD DO A BETTER JOB WITH THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS TO FINISH INSIDE OF FRIG.

Problems

We just changed the water filter and the "change filter" light stays on after we have run at least 3 gallons of water through it. Is it safe to use? How do we get the "change filter" light to turn off? The ice cubes pour out at a minimum of about a quart at a time and sometimes get stuck in the chute and pile up inside.

This model came in our new RV and we really love it. A residential fridge in an RV is so very nice. The ice maker and water in the door are another bonus!

I purchased this refrigerator about 2 months ago. I only purchased it because the other appliances were Frigidaire. It is perfect size for the spot and it looks good in the space. I don't like the where Frigidaire placed the on/off switch for the icemaker. You have to remove the ice tray completely out of the refrigerator to get to it. Drawers stick and are extremely difficult to open and close. The level to push to make water/ice makes a loud noise when it is released. Most refrigerators are coming with LED lights in them but this one has the standard appliance bulb.
I would recommend this to a friend!
