Seems great, but already needs repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems like a great refrigerator -- love the inside layout, fits the space perfectly. It's a bit noisy, but aren't they all? The real problem is that we have had to have repair people in twice and we've only owned it for a month. The freezer had an ice build up and needed to be chalked (really) and then they came later to replace the seal. Hope it works now! All taken care of under the warranty.

Shelves, extremely dissapointing

At the moment extremely livid, have had for a little over a year. Within the first couple months one of the door shelves broke and fell off while opening. Nothing like a broken bottle of ranch dressing all over. Bin had only salad dressings of normal size in it. Today the second shelf broke w/nothing but BBQ and ketchup. Have had nothing but issues with shelves and drawers. Constantly cleaning due to the fact any small/tiny object will cause to stick or jam. Even the flat shelves if bumped slightly fall off the little pegs spilling anything on them. I would gladly go back to my old fridge and deal w/the extra cost to run. In the long run I spend more money on replacing outrageously priced shelves and misc parts. My last fridge was a hand me down from my parents the had for 11years and I still have 8 years later in my garage. P.S. Still has the same shelves it came with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Counter Depth Fits Great
