Purchased one month ago.
No chilled water -
Door handle loose - Frigidaire does not repair door handles.
Returned to store but with a 15% restocking fee - Not good

Noisy

It makes sounds every so often, and we don't even have the ice maker plugged in. My Mother who is in her 90's wanted a side by side in white with no ice maker and in counter depth. They don't make very many that way so we were limited in our selection, and had to get a new one fast as the old one broke down.

Great except for noise

Had this fridge for a month. Fits perfectly, looks good and seems to have more space inside considering it is a counter depth model. Ice maker and dispenser work very well. Recommended settings of 37 and 0 degrees are perfect. Drawback is the intermittent noise it makes. This is considered normal according to customer service and is due to energy saving features. You get somewhat used to it but still annoying. Also shelves squeak so food grade lube needs to be applied to make them slide better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This refrigerator came with our new home that fits nicely but so far we've had to have the panel replaced the front outside where the icemakers at and the icemaker it's self has a problem going from crushed back to cubed if you want to get cubed ice and the person before you had brushed you have to empty almost a half a glass of crushed ice to get to the cubed...

Poor design

We have been so disappointed with our new refrigerator. It is poorly made, and
the shelving is awful. The shelves on the door are poorly designed. Only the 3rd shelf is a decent size, and the very bottom shelf is absolutely useless, as well as
the notched area right above the tiny bottom shelf takes up much needed space on the door. The shelves in the middle section are too short and narrow, and even though 2 bins at the bottom are decent size, the top bin is very small.
The icemaker control is located in an awkward place. Having to remove the shelf and the cover is not very practical.
The shelves in the freezer department are very narrow and small.

Just OK.

I bought this fridge last May but did not get it until late Aug. I feel I paid way to much money for it because it is cheaply made. I am not 100% happy with it. It also makes a noise.

Vegetable bins

We've had our fridge for over 1 year now. A problem that we have had from day one is both of our vegetable bins, the produce freezes in less than 2 days! We've tried to adjust the temperature and the sliding windows in the bins and nothing helps. I wish I would have bought a side by side french door with the main freezer at the bottom. The refridgerator side is way too small for most bowls and your can not put a 10 pound cooked turkey in that side! Regret the style I bought but not the brand!

Biggest purchasing regret of my life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for under 2 years and there have been problem after problem. The door shelves have broken. There is a storage basket in the freezer that never stays on the tracks. The display that shows the freezer temperature has burnt out so that the numbers don't show correctly. The ice delivery system clogs really easily so that it makes a beeping sound or the ice comes flying out and ends up all over the floor. The metal scratches really easily, so there are some pretty big scratches on the door from minor events. I deeply regret this purchase and wish that I could go back in time and get a different refrigerator.
