Pleased with the fetures of the Fridge,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my 11 year old refrigerator when the control module failed and I was informed that the part was no longer made. The features on the Fridgedaire were similar to the features on my old refrigerator, but the deli drawer keeps the meat a little cooler, the crisper has a better humidity control, and the deeper shelf holds a full gallon of orange juice and a bottle of milk. The dairy compartment keeps the butter fresh and easily spreadable. Over all, I am pleased. The dealer explained the features, told me when it would be delivered and the men who deliveredit and set it up were very efficient and courteous.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love having a water and ice dispenser!

Noise dampener was missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge came with my house. Upon moving in I noticed a high pitched humming noise. I called support and had 2 different techs come to the house and they found that the noise dampener was missing from the factory install.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps things cold

Rtmc, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us regarding your refrigerator. Typically, the compressor operates at a higher pressure when first starting and the noise should disappear as the refrigerator continues to run and balance pressures. Modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Also, you may see rubbing your drawers with wax paper will allow them to glide easier. Hope this helps!
