A FFSC2323LP was delivered to us the last week of August 2013. Although the counter-depth is exactly what we'd hoped, and the height, width, and interior is better than expected, the refrigerator has turned out to be quite annoying. Our breakfast nook and family room open to the kitchen and the refrigerator, unfortunately, has turned out to be quite noisy. So noisy it actually interrupts our relaxing while watching television. Sometimes the refrigerator has the sound of increasing rpm's as if you are about to shift gears on a car/motorcycle; then again sometimes it sounds like the creaking of a haunted house or abandoned shipwreck undulating with the sea. A tech came out to tell us they are all normal sounds of the refrigerator. If that is true then I cannot recommend this refrigerator. Certainly we understand some sounds - like water, ice dropping, etc. but not all these sounds. By the way, the tech cracked the front grill while he was here.

We do not care about the sound that this unit makes, as it is in the kitchen. The drawers are easy to make slide with no effort with the application of a little INOX, a food grade lubricant. The control panel was the only issue to date; we are on the third replacement as it kept falling off. We would be happy to update this review in a year.

In the last two months you have replaced it because of a bad defect in the seal to the frame. The second one has a problem as well and we had your tech come out and order a new part, the new part has failed as well and new tomorrow your tech will be here again to replace the same part along with apart next to the first part.

top drawer squeeks every time you open the drawer (nails on chalkboard) had to put crisco on it to stop that. ice tray (container) is small. i have to sometimes wait for it to make ice for cold drinks. a months paycheck to purchase this item what a waste

dumps ice, freezer temp goes up drastically

This fridge has given us nothing but trouble. Looks great, fits great, but dumps ice all over the floor at the slightest touch. Every couple of weeks, the freezer side goes up 8 degrees after we load the groceries. That doesn't seem all that normal.

Hey Dave and Jen! You raise a good point regarding your temperature rising when you load groceries. When the door is kept open too long or too frequently warm air enters the freezer section. Nice looking appliance

Not too great. The panel for the ice and water and temp. started coming loose the day after the appliance was delivered. The meat draw makes a screeching noise when pulled out. The spout on the water dispenser is too far out and the water misses the smaller containers. Other than that it looks good.

Good product but with flaws

Counter depth product was what we needed and this met the need. Like the digital features and the water filter. Cheap drawers which aggravatingly squeak when pulled out are not what you expect from a brand new modern product. Would have liked more storage in the back of the door. Icemaker OK but dispensing not very smooth.
I would recommend this to a friend!
