Great Projector

I was looking for a projector that I could use without toting a Lap Top for meeting presentations. I am a member of a Garden Club and frequently present programs to various Clubs. In addition I frequently present my photographs to fellow Camera Club Members at meetings.
This system will also be nice to place photographs of family- especially Grand Children on a Flash Drive and show at family events.
I also like the fact that you can project Power Point Presentations without a computer. I failed on my first attempt, but after contacting Customer Service I was told to "Save As" on the Power Point and make sure to save it in a JPEG series of photos. It worked well and I salute Customer Service for being Customer Friendly.
I am very pleased with the product and the ability to project a large image of at least 70 inches.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Projector

I bought this about two months ago. I was worried about the resolution but as long as you don't sit right at it it's fine. It's as bright as you'll need. I have used it in the middle of the day plenty of times. I use it on ECO mode and it's still excellent. The fan is pretty quiet on ECO mode, on normal it's a little loud for a small/medium sized room but the image is basically as good on ECO. I have used other brands and EPSON is the way to go!

Big Screen

I purchased this little projector so that I could watch DVD rentals on a Da-Lite 7 foot wide beaded pull-down screen in my living room. The result was fantastic. If you'd like watching movies at home with the same effect you'd get at a Cineplex Theatre, this is the way to go. It's a no-brainer, there's nothing not to like.

Could be better
on October 13, 2014

My first reaction was it would be much better if the unit could operate with a USB flash drive independent of a computer.
With Power Point and Word slides.... unable to skip back and forth over slides quickly without having to scroll through each slide I.,e., .unable to jump from slide #2 to slide # 60 without scrolling each slide from #2 to # 60.
Instructions are confusing,. i.,e.., shows "select" but no instructions regarding how to get there..

EX3220 projector review

I have been very pleased with this projector. We bought primarily it to view movies outdoors, and it has been great for that purpose. The picture quality is bright and sharp. The internal speaker is decent, though for movies I use external speakers. I really like the standby mode. Overall, a great value for the money.

Problems from the start...
on January 19, 2014

We immediately had problems with our projector.
Roughly 20 min from turning it on for the first time it started malfunctioning with the screen constantly jumping and the colors changing.
After a total of 25 min of use the lamp light came on.
None of the trouble shooting worked and it became clear that we would not be able to get it fixed or replaced before the presentation we bought it for in the first place.
This is a great projector if you are planning on providing a presentation that will take no longer than 15 min...once.

The projecter is good but I was told I could project a Powerpoint slide show using a USB card? It almost makes it to difficult to use because I have carry my computer around.

Try before you buy.

It IS a nice projector, but not for the purpose that I purchased it. I purchased it to show some people how to use some software that we use, but the screens are filled with some pretty small typing. I don't know if it is the quality of the lens or the 600 x 800 pixels, but even projecting an approximately 42 inch diagonal picture is mostly unreadable. So I suggest trying a projector in your application before you buy.
