Had mail in for free lamp which I never received
Once email changed lost all history. Product works great but support it is lacking

Image is beautiful even on a matte white wall, sound is quite acceptable in eco mode (thx) but not in any of the bright modes, and unsure of how effective the automatic dust cover is since there are no actual seals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

prices keep coming down and projectors keep getting better and Epson always has a great projector for the price. Watched Avatar in 3d and was better than Star Trek 3d and the movie theater. Highly recommenc

I ordered a refurbished Epson 5030ub, it arrived not playing a picture . Epson was lighting fast with a response customer service was grade A+ and long as EPSON got good service like this I will always be there customer and also with a brand new EPSON 5030ub in shipping over night. I will stick with EPSON forever I hope EPSON comes out with a 4K projector and get up to 300" picture with a reasonable price like 3000-3500 for us low income families that's interested in 4K, COME ON WITH IT EPSON with the same lumans brightness and the same contrast ratio or more but in 4K 4K 4K 4K Love EPSON us customers EPSON nice people ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you

I think others have started out their review wow, wow, wow, and I concur. The sharpness and brightness (2400) is light years ahead of my old Sanyo PLZ5 (1100), which served me well since 2009. So glad I upgraded to this Epson. The crispness and blacks rival a flat screen TV. The lens shift allows me to place it in a closet in one corner of my man cave. I like that it has a lens cover that closes after the unit is powered off. I can watch it in ambient light and full dark and the picture and brightness is great.

Excellent Home Projector

I'm the guy who spends months reading about a product before I make a significant purchase. At the end of my research, the Epson 5030UB rose to the top of the list for a home entertainment projector. As usual, my research didn't let me down. The Epson 5030UB is a superior home project with all the functionality one could want. The picture clarity and color compares to the movie theater. You may not want to let your neighbors know you have this projector; unless you want to entertain a lot.

This is even better that I expected!! While I was getting my projector dialed in had the whole famdamly siting in an undone theater room watching a video!
