Best home theater projector

This is the best home theater projector. This is not 4k but picture quality is the best. Play a bluray and see the spotless picture. Brightness is very high. Normal mode is good for a dark room. But living room mode is so bright you can keep the lights on. for the price thi sis the best projector in market.

Great projector

My first impression was why I bought this giant white monster! The aperture angle is poor like you need more distance between your projector and your screen than theaverage projector!
But after I turn it on OMG the image quality is outstanding! Beautiful colors and amazing contrast ratio! The wifi hdmi is really great and have a signal bar so you can manage how far you can go with your device!
3d is pretty good with battery bar too

Great Picture but occasional transmission issue

Excellent picture. 10 feet horizontal 5 feet vertical (approx). Fine HD contrast and color saturation. Most vexing issue is that occasionally (about 1 or 2 per hour viewing) the picture will blank out completely for about 2-5 seconds and then return as if nothing were wrong. Disconnected my home phone wireless and rerouted the HDMI to the wireless transmitter, and the problem did not resurface. The HDMI route had to be returned to previous configuration due to tripping hazards and the problem reappeared. Obvious solution is find another routing option. Nothing in the technical guides point this as an issue, however.

A Serious Home Projector

The 5030UBe projector was purchased as a replacement upgrade for our home theater. It is an overwhelming piece of equipment right out of the box. It produces a bright picture with pure blacks. My family and friends were amazed! It sports 3D to boot. It is a true theater experience without wires which makes it a hit with my wife. A big recommendation for this Epson product from this family.

5030 Home Cinema

My Epson 810 crapped out on me after 8 years. So I had to buy a new one. Originally I received the 3010 but the specifications were maximum distance of 13' 5" which really wasn't conveyed in their material. So returned it and got a 5030 and now this fits into my 92" diagonal screen and I am 18 1/2 feet from the screen. Works ideal, set it up in 3 minutes.. I ordered it Dec. 24th but took 8 days to get it to me today on Jan. 1st. I see now that if I ordered it today I could of gotten a free bulb. If I would of known that I could of waited another week.. Oh well. But clear crisp image and now I can finally watch some football after 3 weeks of no TV.

Stop looking and buy

After you read all the reviews on this projector, I suspect you will come to the same cinclusion most reviewers did...that it's simply great. This is a must buy high quality projector. Where it simply excels is it sheer brightness. You can literally watch this with lights on and have total clarity. Don't even waste money on a new screen if you are replacing an old unit. You could literally play this on a white wall and it would be clear, crisp and sharp.

Great performance

I've been using Epson projectors for several years now, and I purchased this projector to be the successor to my 3010e. It's still early but for quality I am truly impressed the contrast ratio is astounding and power consumption is equal if not more efficient than the 3010e.
