Trouble with rack and drying

This dishwasher does not dry dishes unless it is put into sanitize mode, which makes the dishes to hot to touch. My bottom rack comes off the track and the wheels pop off. I am not satisfied with this purchase at all.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

I was so excited to get my new dishwasher! It is large (needed for family), quite and energy rated. I have never been so disappointed in a dishwasher and wished we never purchased. If you do not completely wash every item first your dishes will come out dirty. We always rinse which is not a problem but to have to "clean" each item????

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, does not clean

love the new dishwasher

we replaced a 17 yr old dishwasher. what an improvement!! plenty of space for larger and odd sized dishes, innovative utensil baskets (2 provided). really like the removable rack. operates very quietly and dishes have been clean and dry when finished. sleek and attractive design.
Pros: Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

This appliance literally stinks! It smells like sour milk. The real pleasure is drinking water from a glass impregnated with that sour milk odor! Eating cereal from a bowl stinking of sour milk is a joy as well. Don't walk away from this appliance... RUN! Our Samsung fridge is great... too bad they missed the boat on this product. Quiet? Sure... really quiet. That stink sneaks up from behind you on it's tiptoes it's so quiet!

Cons: Did not meet expectations, stinks, odor removed by de-installing the dishwasher

Product would not dry dishes. Water left inside pitchers, cups, etc. It was recommended we open and close door at end of wash cycle which lasted for over 2 hours, LOL. Bottom rack was not designed to accomodate different size utensils (spikes should have been straight).

We bought this model in December 2010 as we were remodeling our kitchen and decided to get all new stainless steel Samsung appliances. After the first few uses of this dishwasher we had a loud noise coming out of the motor. Upon servicing, there was some small debris lodged in the motor. It was removed and problem fixed. Now we find that every time we run the dishwasher it leaves some sort of dry white film on the glasses and does a fair job at best on the silverware. Does not get them clean at all. You basically have to put everyting in with not a spec of food on it. We were told by the repairman not to use a lot of dishwasher soap - just a tablespoon. We have been and we have experienced the same problems I listed above. In addition, if you do not run the dishwaher every day or two it begins to smell something awful. Almost mildewy. Nice look and connvenient controls, but, overall I would not recommend this dishwasher.
