Bad Dishwasher

This dishwasher has never dried dishes well at all. After having the dishwasher a few more months, it now no longer cleans anything. It runs normal, it is really quiet while running, but the results are just awful. I cannot recommend this product.
Pros: quiet
Cons: Poor quality, poor dishwashing results
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

And You Thought The Dog Cleaned Dishes Best

My Electrician told me about samsung appliances. Never Real thought about them until my BOSCH diswasher starting acting up. Went to Store to look and compare, sold out had to order.(Must Be Good) Looked through tiny Catalog at store, pulled the trigger and bought it. Installed my self, GENIUS leveling system Unit weights twice as much as BOSCH unit. You can Tell SAMSUNG really put Quality infront of everything. Door closes so easy 'click" a few tones and the Magic Begins. Cleans and Dries Superior, no precleaning from the Dog required.
Pros: Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't buy it!

We purchased this dishwasher for our new house along with a Samsung fridge and microwave. We had to wait weeks to get them in, but the fridge and micro were worth it! The dishwasher on the other hand has been anything but what we expected.
1. It's quiet, but i wouldn't say silent like everyone else says. 2. None of my dishes or glasses fit in the ridiculous number of poorly placed prongs. Dishes have to be placed every other prong and glasses have to go on the bottom. 3. The silverware holders have been put up in the top rack so that there's some room for larger items in the bottom. (too many prongs again) 4. The dishwasher didn't get anything clean or even remotely dry till we put it on sanitize. What's the point of having any other settings if they don't work?
Very quiet and easy to use.Dishes come out clean and dry everytime.
Pros: Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product has some great features

I purchased this dishwasher because of the interior design, a great product review, as well as the sound quality. I have not been disappointed with either of these 2 features.
Unfortunately, it does not have a rinse feature, which I greatly miss. Also, I believe there is a design flaw. The latch to the soap door is jagged which, I suspect, prevents it from periodically opening. Also, I prefer to use the cascade tabs. Periodically they do not dissolve. This is due to the door not opening and then when I rerun it, it remains stuck in the door. I literally have to remove it and place it in the bottom for it to dissolve.
Lastly, when the cycle is finished, my dishes are never dry. I must open the door and run my ceiling fan to dry my dishes.
