we believe this to be the quietest dishwasher in the market today, the auto select function is awesome as it allows you to load the machine and let it decide which cicle to use

THIS IS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH PURCHASING A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS DISHWASHER. IT IS VERY QUIET (VS OUR OLD GE) AND WE LIKE THE BASKET AND RACK FEATURES. OUR INSTALLER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF CLEANUP AND REMOVAL OF OUR OLD DISHWASHER.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable

A poor choice

The dishwasher has never been a star performer, but once the warranty expired, it really fell apart. From wheels that fall off the trays, to clogged drainage lines, to "low water" notices, we've had multiple problems. I've repaired it three times in six months (it's 1 1/2 years old), and today the motor burned out. Samsung may make great tablets, phones, and televisions- but they shouldn't be making dishwashers.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor support
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's just okay

This dishwasher is the quietest one I've ever seen. However, the design of the bottom rack is not good. There are too many tines and they just aren't placed well. The wheels are constantly falling off because there really isn't a track for the rack to slide in on. That is very annoying!! I had to do a lot of experimenting with placing the dishes in order for them to not interfere with the spray arm. Not something I've had to worry about with other dishwashers. So, as long as you place your dishes just so, and you use rinse agent, and if you don't mind replacing the wheels, no problem. I myself will know what to look for the next time I buy a new dishwasher. I bought this one to match my fridge, and didn't really check out the interior. My Bad!
Pros: looks nice, really quiet
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
