Looks and Performs Great

This dishwasher was easy to install and is very simple to operate. It looks great alongside our other stainless steel appliances and the dishes always come out sparkling clean. I only have had a couple of issues with it so far: the bottom rack tines are a little close together and a few of our bowls don't fit in them the way they should which causes you to have to arrange them in such a way that it really takes away from your space. Also, my wife put a cutting board in the bottom rack that obstructed the detergent dispenser from opening all the way, so the dishes were not clean, but we figured it out and now we know not to obstruct the dispenser when loading our dishes. It's very quiet and works great and I would definitely recommend it.

Had this for over 6 months now. Quiet and works great!!! This is my second Samsung DW. No problem with either one.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color

Stay Away from Samsung!

We bought a Samsung dishwasher less than four years ago. Already it has had multiple problems. The upper rack in the dishwasher is supported by cheap plastic parts. We have had to replace them twice already. Within six months the electric board went out. Samsung offered to replace the whole dishwasher at that time. We SHOULD have taken them up on it, but we liked the quietness and look, so we had it repaired. Now it doesn't clean well. We have had fuses go out and had nozzles replaced. We have never had so much trouble with a new appliance. Of course now the dishwasher is no longer under warranty, so we are paying big dollars to get it fixed.
Pros: attractive, quiet
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've owned this dishwasher for about 7 months and really like it. It's very efficient and cleans very well, but the best thing about it is how quiet it is when operating. Solid performer.

Don't like the rack design

I love the look of this dishwasher! We've had it for about a year. And it is nice and quiet and cleans well as long as I use the rinse agent. The BIG negative is the rack design. Nothing fits in it! I've tried numerous ways to put dishes in it and nothing works. There is no place to put things like tupperware or pots that are bulky. There is only one place to put cookie sheets because the tines in the bottom rack are offset. I'm very frustrated with it. My old Maytag had places for everything! I've had to do a lot more hand washing which is contrary to the point of a dishwasher.
Cons: very poor rack design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for the price

Does a great job...if you use the rinse aid. Of course don't obstruct the spinning wands or the detergent dispenser.
Pros: fairly simple
Cons: everything needs to be just so.
